Water treatment and Wastewater treatment specialists Goldcrest Chemicals Ltd have recently acquired Arkem Chemicals Ltd of Bathgate in the heart of the Scottish central belt. The acquisition will provide a platform for improved technical and customer service and chemical distribution to Goldcrest's existing customers in Scotland. The move also offers a new range of Goldcrest branded chemicals and products to Arkem's current and future customer base. Arkem bring expertise in manufacturing their own products for applications in oil/water separation and industrial effluent treatment to the Goldcrest team.
From August 2009 Arkem Chemicals has completed its full integration into Goldcrest Chemicals Ltd and now operates as Goldcrest Chemicals Ltd (Scotland office)
