SNF Acquires Goldcrest Chemicals

As you may already be aware Goldcrest Chemicals was acquired by SNF (UK) Limited in December 2015. Part of the Floerger Group, SNF are the world’s leading manufacturer of water soluble polymers for thickening, dewatering and solid liquid separation.

When entering discussions with interested parties we wanted to ensure that our great levels of service remained the same, and that any buyer shared the same core values as ourselves.
